My wife and I had Ericson and his team booked during the busiest moving time in Montreal. Unfortunately due to circumstances outside our control we had to cancel last minute (the day before). This led to a loss of income for We-Haul movers as they had their trucks and staff reserved for us. Worth noting we signed a contract and agreed to a cancellation window that we missed. Ericson and his team (Roman and Suryansh) were amazing! Our timeline to move out was tight and Ericson rearranged his day to fit us in. We were out by 11am as requested, so efficient! Great communication too before arrival and during the move. It was 35+ degree out on July 1st and they made it seem like it was a regular mid week move. Outstanding service, I highly recommend them!
We Haul Movers was amazing, got back to me very quickly with a quote and was on time for the move date. They were so efficient, with zero damages to any items. I was so impressed and the move was completed in less than 2 hours door to door. Will definitely be using them again.
