Kellina at the Fort Lauderdale branch is the best and I want to give her a big THANK YOU!! I thought I had missed a CD renewal deadline and Kellina knew exactly what to do she took the time to set me up with a higher interest rate. Not only that - she’s really nice too!

This has been my bank for so many years. I can’t express how PLEASANT everyone is here at the Fort Lauderdale branch. Shout out to Elizabet and Kellani (i hope im spelling your names right) The wait is never too long, sometimes the process of certain requests are not the same as giant national banks and may take a bit longer but that is to no fault of the employees. My family and I will continue to use them as long as we can.
Ms. Ashley was outstanding. Very Polite, and helpful. She desires a raise. 🥰🥰
