worst customer service ever.
I would give We Florida Financial a negative rating if possible. Their level of incompetence, lack of customer service, and misleading communication are unacceptable. Their automated telephone system does not offer a clear option to speak to a live representative, and when it does, customers are left on hold for hours. This is extremely frustrating, especially for those who have limited time during the day to resolve banking matters. Great staff helpful, friendly, and professional.
The customer service is great but the bank itself is so sketchy. they don't let you pay more than 1000 per week against a loan- they also charge you fees if accounts are left dormant. if you open a loan with them, they will automatically open other accounts as well- it's in the fine print. then, they will charge you $10/mo for existence of this account. ppl like to say credit unions are better than big banks but to me, they're always so sketchy.
