I would give We Florida Financial a negative rating if possible. Their level of incompetence, lack of customer service, and misleading communication are unacceptable. Their automated telephone system does not offer a clear option to speak to a live representative, and when it does, customers are left on hold for hours. This is extremely frustrating, especially for those who have limited time during the day to resolve banking matters.
