Great staff helpful, friendly, and professional.
The customer service is great but the bank itself is so sketchy. they don't let you pay more than 1000 per week against a loan- they also charge you fees if accounts are left dormant. if you open a loan with them, they will automatically open other accounts as well- it's in the fine print. then, they will charge you $10/mo for existence of this account. ppl like to say credit unions are better than big banks but to me, they're always so sketchy.
If I don’t agree to overdraft fee for paying a bill when my account is short, why would I agree to a fee and not paying the merchant.
I've been with this bank for many years and then had to move to Georgia 2 yrs ago. I used to think that We Fla was a great bank. However, my ONLY credit card was compromised 2 days before I was to come to FL for my father's funeral. Visa themselves were awesome and compassionate for my situation and sent a request to We Fla for an emergency Visa card so I can make it to the funeral.
