I pay my bill at this spectrum every month I’m not sure why someone would say it’s not a spectrum

I came in to pay my bill for my business account and they were able to hook me up with a free line on my account now I get to get more for my money definitely recommend coming with these people not every representative in a spectrum store is willing to help but these people are. Coming back again every month!
Fueron la mejor oficina, ya me habían atendido en MLK, pero no me pudieron atender, nunca me escucharon y me sacaron, vine a esta tienda y les conté mis problemas. Me ayudaron a ahorrar dinero. Me dieron una línea completamente gratis. Me pudieron dar el mismo número, que era mi preoridad. Les agradezco bastante, pudieron ver que mi teléfono estaba malo y me ayudaron con la promoción de un teléfono nuevo. Muchas gracias, totalmente una gran esperiencia y me encantó todo el servicio, son excelentes y súper atentos.
Their customer service is great I walked in for internet and ended up leaving with a promotion with a free line so now I'm paying what I would have paid just for the internet but also with my line included!! Definitely recommend coming to this store! Great service
