I’m impressed with the customer service that I received from Eric at the Federal Way batteries plus. When I called to talk to him about getting a battery for my side-by-side, they were out of stock and had to see if they could order it. After you’re talking with him, I was gonna find a different route until I got a voicemail later that he had done a little bit more research to find a solution that would work for me. Just one word, AWESOME! Dropped my IPhone and shattered the screen. Amazing repair job done by Deon. Excellent customer service and very fast. Phone just like new. Thank you very much Deon.
the one star is because at least the staff were decent people, but unfortunately, the materials they use are subpar, less than 24 hours after having my phone repaired the glass shattered, nothing out of the ordinary hit it, it just shattered. I’d not recommen using this place to repair your phone unless you just want to throw away money.
