I have gone to a few stios to find the batteries I needed. Since I just moved here I Googled Batteries Plus. Was so happy to know how close one was and took a small bag of items that had hard to find batteries. About a half-hour later all devices are good. The lady that helped me was awesome.

My experience was better than I thought.And the man helping me name Kelly was very informative.Did a full test and assessment of my phone and informed me of things that will help me proceed with my clean , highly recommend the professionality of this establishment and kelly.

Kelly was amazing!!! He helped me out and was very customer serviced oriented! He called ahead to another store to 1) make sure they had the battery I needed 2) had me pay for it at his location and 3) had them set it aside for me! All I had to do was walk in and get the new battery! Excellent experience!

Great customer service! I can always count on Batteries Plus to find the best replacement bulb, battery or other some such widget at a fair price. Honestly, they've rescued me from frustration many times. I refer my friends to them without reservation. Thanks, Y'all!
