My son's phone got wet and I did the old rice trick (apparently this isn't a thing anymore). Then his phone wouldn't charge. We stopped in here a few minutes before close and they picked out all of the tiny pieces of rice powder stuck in his charging port. And fixed the problem easily and they did it free of cost. My son is so happy and said, "I owe them my life!" I am thankful for their kindness and abilities.
Me- "Do you repair phones?" Sales associate. " Um yeah obviously" *proceeds to spend 10 minutes explaining what id like repaired. Just for him to respond "Oh we only do screens and batteries" It'd be nice if someone had asked that in the beginning and you didn't respond with a condescending tone and gave a real answer. Waste of time.
They are Great, I have a old apple I phone he had it fixed fast. Thank you.
