I called the store to inquire about changing my watch battery and Brandon answered. He was extremely informative and polite on the phone. I showed up and he had me in and out of the store in 5 minutes with a working watch. Extremely positive experience and very respectful gentleman!
The staff had that really professional approach and demonstrated everything to make sure I understood how to get it all back together and how do you use it usefully. I’ve been back to subsequently three times and every time their product has been good, and their prices are good and they take a consultative approach
I had previously left a 5 star review with Garret a year ago, however as a returning customer I felt I needed to share what an awful experience I had this past time with “Ryan”, the owner. First and foremost, anyone planning on going to batteries plus phone repair needs to be forwarded and understand when you bring in a phone for repair, Ryan does not tell you this but you are LAST PRIORITY.
