I recently visited the Batteries Plus at 1800 Market Pl Blvd in Irving and was assisted by Josue Márquez. I was incredibly impressed by this young man. While I was there, a rude customer was verbally abusing him over a U-Haul equipment return. Even though the situation had nothing to do with Josue's actual job duties, he maintained absolute composure, friendliness, and professionalism.
