Life SAVERS!!! After smashing my phone in a car door, I went through my providers insurance and was referred to Batteries Plus. I arrived just after opening, needing a quick fix, but the claim hadn't been posted. Ms. Keena, the employee who greeted me, used all her powers to track down the claim and after multiple calls and holds. She was able to procure the claim number and confirmed everything.
