Was here 3 separate times in one day. 2 out of those 3 times there was a note on the door saying have to stop by the bank. Both within the same hour but be back at different times... The 3rd time was out to lunch. If you were the owner of this store and you knew you were short handed, you should be there when the employees cannot. The store shouldn't be closed when you advertised open hours. That just means nothing to you.

They had every opportunity to upsell their phone fix services by just saying a specific part needed to be replaced and I would have believed them. Instead, the technician took his time, examined my phone and cleaned out the part that was causing the issue without charging me! This builds great rapport and a long lasting relationship. I will be sure to continue recommending them to my friends because they can be trusted.
