Excellent service and repair of my smartphone. Lowell and Trevor were very helpful and knowledgeable! Would recommend! Update: I had a new need to reach out to BP in Frisco. Worked with Nima and he was wonderful! Helped me with my issue and was very professional and speedy in his assistance! Highly recommend!
Was here 3 separate times in one day. 2 out of those 3 times there was a note on the door saying have to stop by the bank. Both within the same hour but be back at different times... The 3rd time was out to lunch. If you were the owner of this store and you knew you were short handed, you should be there when the employees cannot. The store shouldn't be closed when you advertised open hours. That just means nothing to you.
Excellent service!! They fixed my phone and both employees I spoke with were super kind and helpful. 👍🏼
