My husband went in on Monday July 1st to have his phone screen replaced and purchased a new screen protector that they put on. Today is July 6th and the phone screen is busted in the exact same place. When I called to speak with someone they stated that they were looking at the previously replaced screen and it was his fault and we would need to pay for a second screen replacement. So after a 175 replacement and a $20 screen protector that they insisted was better than the ones we previously used we are faced with having to ... read more
