Update: Received response to my review; No offer to address or fix the issue provided. Weird. Great service. Fair price. I was however very disappointed they were unable to give me back the old battery due to "liability" reasons. Everyone was super nice and helpful, this is more about the store policy than employee professionalism. I feel bad for leaving this review, but the policy is just terrible in my opinion. I can buy lithium batteries at the store, but somehow I'm considered too stupid to be allowed to keep my own used... read more
Went in expecting to have my isb charging port quoted for repair on my iPhone 14 Pro however Liv figured out hot to clean it properly with the correct tools (unlike my attempt). Then she found me a new protective cover for my old cracked screen protector, and finally she sold/installed new camera lens cap protectors to replace my shattered ones. Walked out with a phone looking and functioning like new!! Liv is a try joy to work with and this store definitely benefits from can do attitude. Thank you!!

Stopped by with a tough issue. The entire staff there were very accommodating and ultimately delivered after multiple trips. They were able to ultimately provide the solution to my needs when 2 other locations around me told me to take a hike. These guys are knowledgable and awesome!
