They stripped the screw while trying to open the charging port preventing any other possible ways to fix the initial charging issue. Before bring my phone here, everything was normal except the charging issue but a day after their attempt, my screen had a line through it and then the display completely shut down. I do have to say though, they did not charge me for their failed attempt... but I had to buy a new phone. Do not recommend going here.
Sean and the team here were great!!! Fixed the cracked screen on the cell phone. They ordered it for us. Got it done the next day. We had a Samsung. But they do all kinds of cell phone repairs. This is out go to spot for getting cracked screens fixed!!!
