Very cool place!! Literally, the ac was refreshing and the customer service was so chill. Dead battery emergency had me feeling frantic and fried on a hot day. It was nearly closing time but I was met with so much patience and informative support. Definitely made my day!

Eric in the West Lebanon, NH store was amazing. He was very personable and very knowledgeable. He has the best personality & knowledge to be doing this job. He should get a raise for how he is with customers and their wares!!!!

My phone is my lifeline to appointments, friends and contacts. It blew up! I didnt know the case swelling was a danger. My screen went black... it still got phone calls, but I couldnt answer it. These guys at batteries + saved me! Thank you Eric! New case, new screen and new battery! YEA my phone is like new! 5 stars plus for you.

I first was referred to Batteries Plus by Verizon to get a new battery for my phone. They put in a new screen and worked with me to get a new protection case. Two more visits for battery and key fob issues that they were great on. Very professional and friendly.
