This was my first visit to batteries plus the young man that helped me (Eric), was kind, understanding and very patient. He took the time to explain everything and what my options were, surprisingly honest. I didn't feel under pressure to purchase anything, no fast sales talk and no bull. I was very upset when I walked in, knowing I had probably lost keepsakes I'd never get back, my phone had fallen in the river over 4th of July weekend and drowned.
