They asked me to leave a review. I didn't want to. This store has some type of bias against putting in a lifetime battery replacement on Disney watches. Mine was just a basic Disney Watch -- not a smart watch or a sealed watch. The employee refused to sell me the battery they offer all other customers.

I ordered the incorrect battery online. Reps were able to determine correct battery and handled paperwork without issue
Super helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend.
Looked online and they said they had the battery we needed. Went to the store, and the employee who was working there said there was a “ghost shipment“ that he actually didn’t get and they didn’t have them. He said they wouldn’t have them for a week. Wasted my time driving here and don’t trust what you read online. Not a knock on the employee, but inaccurate and don’t expect to see what they have online in store.
