I called over about my son's phone because of debris in it. When we got there, we were welcomed and they were very polite and it took no longer than 5 minutes.
Was here on vacation when my phone decided it didn't want to charge. The lady at the counter was very nice and cleaned my charger port out and even let me charge my phone there for a little while. Then she didn't even charge me for any of it. Amazing customer service would recommend to anyone.
Stopped in to Batteries+Bulbs to get my iPhone charging port fixed while out of town in Stuart FL. Alec took great care of me. He was able to diagnose the problem and get me back up and running right away. No wait time.

There is not a place in America where you can get the Customer Service and knowledge this place has. YES, YOU ARE GOING TO SPEND MORE!!! But you get it NOW, you get the BEST product money can buy, and they WARRANTY IT FOR FREE. Alec and Allen are local heroes, and they CARE. If you want to support LOCAL, want to experience a team that CARES, then shop here before you buy crap off Amazon. I love my Prime membership, but I won’t buy anything for my bike or boat or van until I check here FIRST. Keep it up, guys!!!
