Great service and she took the time to explain what was wrong with my phone to me. Took it in for a charge port replacement and they let me know my port only needed a deep cleaning instead. Saved me over half the cost!

I had an appointment to replace the screen saver a second time on my Flip Z after having it done the first time two months prior. The gentleman said it would be three hours because of other repairs ahead of mine and that due to a flaw design, the new protector would probably not stay on either. I can accept the flaw design, but I didn't understand why a repair that took 30 minutes the first time would take three hours with an appointment.
