Friendly and quality service
Tom come out as soon as possible and changed my iPhone screen and installed a screen protector in front of me. Awesome service and I highly recommend.
Fast friendly service for a cell phone repair worked perfectly
Incompetent. I brought my phone in under warranty and with a claim, and they claimed my phone didn't match the ein with the insured and covered phone. Called the warranty company back and they scheduled with another store, but then decided to confirm the number. They confirmed it was the correct phone. So I ended up having to drive 25 minutes away to a different store. All because someone was either too lazy or too incompetent to do their job.
