I made an appointment a week in advance only to have a girl call me 10 minutes before the appointment time to cancel say they never knew anything about it. I set this appointment with the insurance company through T-Mobile. I was waiting for a call back to set a follow-up appointment over a week has passed .I would highly recommend not using this place as they will give you the runaround. Not sure why the owner would message saying send an email to customer care how about do your job and call me so I can get the phone fixed
They stayed late to fix my phone which was being stubborn. Good customer service. Not much area to sit and wait but there are other shops around to peruse. Phone functions good as new with a new screen.
I took my ps5 and they fixed it pretty fast but when I got their I took my PlayStation brought it home and it was not mine so now I have to wait till tomorrow to pick it up
Power button on a cell phone died. The person we spoke with (I didn't remember the name but we called @ around 11:30 on march 27th, 2024) gave us a solution that works perfectly in the mean time while we wait for the part to come in. Thank you!
