Battery in my S7 failed. Replaced under warranty without issues. First class business and employees.
Usually go to tech heroes but at the time batteries plus was the only place open that fit my work schedule. They replaced my iPhone XR screen but did not seat it properly and it was not flush. They also did not inform me that their screen replacements make your phone not water resistant/proof/sealed anymore. I had to argue with them to get a refund but they eventually did. I let it go without repair for a few months and now the screen is completely up by like 5mm and you can see into the phone. Since I got a refund I suppose... read more
