Jasmine and Jason did an excellent job handle every problem I had. I’m very impressed with your store. Thank you all
What a great place! My phone stopped charging the other day and I had no idea why. I tried multiple cables and had no success. I decided to try the phone repair service at Batteries Plus to see if anything could be done before getting a new phone. I dealt with Jasmine and thank goodness! They are great. My phone had issues inside with the logic board I believe it was and the battery not being connected and Jasmine fixed it quickly. Their price is reasonable and they are very personable and knowledgeable. I will go back here again if I have other phone issues. Also there was a sale on AAA and AA batteries and I got a deal on that too!
Seriously fast service. The batteries plus team knew exactly what my iPhone needed, and they wasted no time helping me get my son’s phone up and working. I’m glad they were working the holiday weekend!
I dropped my phone and completely shattered the screen, making it totally unusable. I brought it in, and Mike fixed it in under an hour! The new screen is bright, crystal clear, and the touch sensitivity works just like the original. Mike is super friendly , price is fair and my phone looks brand new again. Highly recommend to anyone needing a quick and professional repair.
