Had both screen and back cover replaced after the phone was dropped. Within a couple hours of being home the screen cracked. By the next morning both were cracked again. I went back to the shop and they told me the battery overheated and they could replace the battery and screens again at full cost. I went to another shop and was told it was their error. I will not be back. Accidents happen. Please just own them and make it right for your customers.
Very happy with my service at Batteries Plus this morning in Kalamazoo. Awesome customer service from Bailey. Nice young man. Will be returning in the future.
