Friendly and professional
It was quick and extremely efficient. The gentleman was very kind and supportive.
Very attentive service. We had to get our car keys batteries replaced. We were in and out within 5 minutes. Great service.

Scheduled an appointment for this Saturday, and was told they don't have any techs available this weekend to fix my phone. I asked if it could be rescheduled to next Saturday, and was told they don't know if they'll have techs available. They told me I could come Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. I explained that I work during those hours, and they're the best option my insurance company offers to help fix phones. I asked if they'd be willing to wait until 6pm on Friday.
