Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Scheduled an appointment for this Saturday, and was told they don't have any techs available this weekend to fix my phone. I asked if it could be rescheduled to next Saturday, and was told they don't know if they'll have techs available. They told me I could come Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. I explained that I work during those hours, and they're the best option my insurance company offers to help fix phones. I asked if they'd be willing to wait until 6pm on Friday.
