I recently had a frustrating issue with my iPhone when the Lightning pin tip broke off inside the charging port. I took it to a local tech expert, who quickly diagnosed the problem. To my surprise, he was able to carefully remove the broken piece without charging me for the service. I’m extremely grateful for their prompt and free assistance. It’s great to have such reliable and customer-friendly service in my area!
Just took my phone in to get looked at and they didn't even look at it for more than 5 mins before deeming they couldn't fix the phone very poor customer service.

Took phone I for new battery and then ear piece didn't work. They say it's not there problem because they didn't function test it since battery was dead. Better to go get another phone than take it there. Worst place I've ever seen.
