Great service, much faster than anticipated!
The only reason I'm giving a five star review is because they recommended a fix, we ordered the parts, and the fix worked. However, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I just wanted to have my phone repaired, not be accused of willfully withholding information from them. The lady tried to make me feel bad for not knowing company policy about the information they needed from me- it's not my job to tell customers about what is needed at a phone repair business.
