Came in on emergency for a phone repair . Was able to detect the issue immediately and fixed on the spot . Can tell they’re trying to make a permanent spot in Cookeville. Nice service . Definetly be back just to buy simple batteries at that .

I highly recommend this place for all phone repair needs but also for batteries. I was fairly confident my iPhone was going to need a new charging port. Charlie had me come in and all my phone needed was a good cleaning. It cost me a fraction of what it would have cost to replace the charging port. He was very personable and made the whole process easy. I would/will go back there in a heartbeat. I live in Crossville so it was a 35 minute drive but definitely worth it.

I called in to get my charging port replaced and they said they could do it but to come in first, before they ordered the part to see if there was anything else they could do before replacing it. I came in and Charlie told me that it just might be the port needs to be cleaned. He offered to clean it first and if it didn't work, he wouldn't charge me for the cleaning. surely enough it worked, saved me 80-90 bucks and my phone was repaired in ten minutes! this place is great and definitely looks out for their customers. 100% p... read more
