Huge thank you to Alonso at Batteries Plus in Bullhead City! I had a chunk of something stuck in my phone’s charging port, and it wouldn’t charge. He got it out in literally 20 seconds Super nice guy and so helpful. Really appreciate you, Alonso!
Wonderful service. Both Andy and Alonso were extremely helpful today and went above and beyond just repairing my busted screen. They even cleaned out the charge port of my phone which apparently it really needed it lol.
Andy was such a huge help! He took the time and effort to make sure I had all the assistance I needed. I truly appreciate his patience, helpfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond!
Andy was very helpful and got my phone battery change ahead of schedule. Great customer service.
Great service. Ask for Andy!
