Made the appointment online, they were ready for us when we arrived and they replaced the screen in under an hour. Excellent service! Will go back again if I ever need to and will definitely recommend them to friends.
Excellent customer service! Everyone was super helpful and very polite. I got a screen and a battery replacement on my iPhone. Service was quick and I was excited to getting back to my iPhone in such a timely manner. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the battery that it was replaced with is worse than my original battery. Which is clearly not their fault as the install was perfect otherwise.
Michelle who works the front area was very helpful and professional. And the tech did a good job and within the time estimated. 5 stars! Recommended.
