Took my phone in for a new screen and they were right on it, done in no time. Professional with customer care/service as a priority. They put you first not themselves. Tell them I sent you.
I took my daughter’s iPad to get repaired because the lightning cable wouldn’t plug all the way in. The “tech” looked at it and said it was unrepairable due to the iPad housing being damaged. Then I took it to Mr. Frog and he fixed it in literally 3 minutes by fishing out a loose charging pin from charging cable that must have broken off when she disconnected it. iPad works great now. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for your mobile phone / electronics repair needs and these folks don’t seem to know much.

Didn’t actually go in and get help, but they saved me $$ by helping me over the phone! My brothers charging port wasn’t charging and the guy said it probably needed to be cleaned so I did just that, was sure to be gentle and boom…the phone finally started charging after 3 days of being dead!
