Trevor was so incredibly helpful with my iPhone battery replacement. I had several questions and he answered each one with great detail while quickly replacing the old battery with the new. Impeccable customer service-give that man a raise asap.
I bought a battery for my Gladiator in February and it was having issues but was working without having to jump it. Well last week I had to jump it to start 5 times. I went back to the store to get it checked and hopefully get it swapped out. The associate that helped me told me that the battery type I have "X2" they have had starting problems when it gets cold. I asked if it could be replaced and I was just flatly told there was nothing he could do about it, but he would sell me a new battery and would not give me anything ... read more
