Took my phone in for a repair. I have a protection plan on it and a claim number. Somewhere there wd a disconnect and my claim wasn't showing in their system. Had to redo the whole claim process which to over an hour. They had no idea how to help and showed little interest.
Courtney did a great job helping me. She was fast, efficient, very courteous, and very friendly. I will take all my future business to this location.
Very nice staff, I walked in and they were willing to help and went the extra mile.
