I thought my phone repair experience was good at first (thanks Luis!), but the new screen(s) they put on my phone has had major issues twice now within a few months, so I think they need to be purchasing better quality screen replacements. The “major issues” render the phone unusable/unresponsive (until fixed at a shop) and unable to turn off any alarms.
