I was pleased with the service. My phone was no longer charging. The technician took it in the back and made a quick repair. Since then it has been charging properly. Success! Customer service was superior! Highly recommend!

They were great. I had visited a different batteries plus and had the screen replaced on my phone. When the other place put the screen in, something went wrong with the speaker. Everything they tried still couldn't get it to work. I live in this area so I stopped in to see if they could fix it. They had it fixed in a matter of 15 minutes and we were on our way.
