Read for an honest story about my (short lived) experience at this business. I visited this store today (Sunday) looking to get the front camera repaired on an iPhone 14 Plus. I walked in politely, explained the issue clearly, and was respectful the entire time. After I finished explaining the problem, the employee responded in a very inconvenienced tone by asking, “Do you have an appointment?” I told him no. I was pleased with the service. My phone was no longer charging. The technician took it in the back and made a quick repair. Since then it has been charging properly. Success! Customer service was superior! Highly recommend!
