I am a frequent flyer at this location considering I have spent at least 2 grand over the past few years due to my 3 daughters constantly breaking their glass screens on their current iPhones 😳🤷🏼♀️🙄😤😡. But here lately I have been the one needing phone repairs and every time I go in there they never have my part and it must be ordered which takes up to a week. Nobody can be without their phone for a week nowadays so I found that any Tri Cities Batteries Plus locations always have the parts I need. Still love this place... read more
