Sold cracked screen, wrote no refund and told me it was sealed for quality assurance. Screen does not work on device unable to return.
I stopped in this week to get a replacement battery for my BMW X5, which actually requires two batteries. Chris, the manager, went above and beyond to handle the installation and track down the second battery they didn't have in stock. Excellent service - highly recommend!
Worked with Michael today and his customer service was spot on! He fixed my device. Had my phone ready at the quoted time and was genuinely nice. Its rare to see it these days but ill be back to woek with him again if needed. Great service!
