I am suprised and very pleased with my recent service at Batteries Plus. My phone screen failed and instead of trying to repair it (like I usually do, or buy a new one) I decided to take it in. Caleb performed a free diagnosis and got the new parts in within a few days. He went above and beyond in the repair.
