I brought my phone in here to see if they could recover the data. I explained the situation. After some messing with it, they recommended that I pay 250 because it "may be the screen." I said not it isn't the screen and reiterated what it did. One of the men took my phone in the back to look at it some more. After considering it, I realized these guys were probably not going to be able to help me. So I just asked for my phone back. Way too expensive over$269. To fix the screen on a pixel 3xl. Might as well just buy a new phone on a payment plan. I know inflation has gone up but for seniors, they can't afford that.

I needed to replace my watch battery. I had the battery, but didn’t have the tool needed to do it properly. I went to this store and they replaced my watch battery without any comment. After they were finished, they politely told me that I was supposed to buy the battery there, for them to do the repair. They were very nice about it and didn’t charge me! I’ll definitely go back…and of course pay next time😊

I came in with my phone because the charging port was not working. The associate was able to fix the issue really quick and let me go with no charge. Amazing service will Definitely come back. Thank you !
