This store is such a treasure. I needed a new key FOB that would have cost $200+ at the dealership and here it was around $40. Not only are the prices unbelievable but the customer service is beyond amazing.

My brother needed a quick fix on his cell phone due to his low vision. They helped him in under a minute and would not accept a tip.

This store is my go to for broken phones. I will describe my latest interaction which is different than my previous two and a little different take on the services that they actually did not render this time When I called, whoever I talked to quoted a price that was $30 lower than when I actually went in. Well, I didn't get very far with this place. I scheduled online as instructed to do. I received a call from a store employee the next day, 2 hours before my scheduled appointment to cancel because he didn't have enough employees working today to complete a phone repair. The company did offer to fix it any other day next week but unfortunately my schedule didnt afford me that ability.
