Took my phone in back in December for a screen repair, after the repair speaker phone didn't work, so I took it back, they fixed that, then in January I took it back again because the front facing camera has dirty buildup in it. They give me the run around so I go back last weekend or so. They pull the camera from the back and cleaned it and put it back, which did nothing to fix the issue. This place isn't great. Only reason I used them is asurion made me.
So Manny has to know who my carrier is. I told him I have no idea who the carrier was when I bought the phone. Well he just wants to know who the carrier is now. When I tell him I don't get why that matters he does an exasperated sigh and said he just explained it to me. Still not making sense
Had a problem with my phone charging. Apparently it was just a dirty port. The guy cleaned it and didn't charge me a dime. Good honest people! I'll be back for all my other service and product needs.
