Dishonest, Unprofessional & Misleading Service. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Battery & Mobile Repair. I went there for a simple iPhone 13 battery replacement because my battery was swollen and needed urgent replacement before it could damage the screen. On the first day, the technician quoted me $120 for an “Apple battery replacement” and took my phone. He even asked for my iCloud ID and password, which is completely unnecessary for a basic battery change but I still provided it to avoid delays.... read more
Took my phone in back in December for a screen repair, after the repair speaker phone didn't work, so I took it back, they fixed that, then in January I took it back again because the front facing camera has dirty buildup in it. They give me the run around so I go back last weekend or so. They pull the camera from the back and cleaned it and put it back, which did nothing to fix the issue. This place isn't great. Only reason I used them is asurion made me.
