Christina was nothing short of amazing! I called while at work, she explained that fixing my phone wont take long.. went on my lunch break, she fixed it in less than 10 minutes! I still had time to grab a bite to eat! Thank you again christina for your fast and friendly service i truly appreciate you for looking out for ME
Raymond the service manager went above and beyond for the battery in my wife’s GMC Acadia. He helped make sure it was under warranty and provided great advice on how to take care of the battery for a longer service life. Not only that, but he came back to the shop after he was already on his way home to do all of this! Raymond, thank you again!
Replacing a 27M Marine cranking battery- one of two (twin engines) was definitely bad. Brought a third, deep cycle for testing. Christina was awesome, found a compatible Duracell that was on sale and she verified the deep cycle was good to go. Bought two of the 27M as when one is shot, the other isn’t far behind. Batteries are like milk. If you have a 1/2 full glass of bad milk and you add good milk to fill it up, you don’t have a full glass of good milk, you have a full glass of half bad milk.
