I filed a claim with squaretrade to warranty out my battery. I chose this location because it was listed there as an authorized repair center and I called and mention I had a claim number for a warranty and the person on the phone claimed he didn’t know any agreement, I didn’t appreciate his tone of voice. I called Sqauretrade and I gladly swapped service centers. I’d be taking my phone to CPR. If this wasn’t an approved repair location then why do I have an email and claim number.
