I called for a simple question about a rough estimate on how much it would cost to have my screen fixed. I sat on hold for over 30 min. I hung up and called right back and was Immediately connected to the same person that put me on hold. To me I was on hold for no reason... especially since when I called back I spoke to the exact person that placed me on hold in the first place. I feel they need to stop placing people on hold for that long for no reason.
The staff at Batteries Plus is always polite and helpful. The staff member was very helpful and replaced my phone battery quickly.
Great customer service
The fix is more than the phone. Nice people though.
