I really don’t get the good reviews. I sent them a message asking about pricing, zero response. I called to try to find out, zero response. We live on the other side of the high rise so I didn’t want to drive over just to try to get someone to respond. We ended up going with Me. Fix it near cedar and battlefield. They answered them phone immediately got us a quote and took the iPads the same day.

Fast. Excellent screen replacement service. Only 28 hours from initial phone call, ordered screen, picked up with newly installed screen. Very pleased!!

Krista, the store manager demonstrated a very poor attitude when I told her that it was confusing for customers when Google Maps has one name, but the store sign indicates something entirely different AND entirely unrelated (see photos). Google Maps lists this location as "We Fix it Phone Repair." The store sign is "Batteries + Bulbs" (reference photos). I actually went a bit further down the street and found another cell phone repair shop called "Shattered Mobile." I thought perhaps the address and store name needed updatin... read more
