Good, knowledgeable, honest people. Helped us out by making sure we knew to make an insurance claim on a phone with a swollen battery. It would have cost WAY more to repair. They were friendly and professional.

My car key fob battery died they replaced it for under $30.00 and the best part is if the battery dies again bring it back and they put in a new one free. Now that's a lifetime warranty that's awesome 👍
Ordered a key fob for my SUV & went to BP+ to het it programmed. I was greeted upon entry into the store and waited on immediately. I was explained the process, fee and the possibility of it not working. The salesman that assisted me was knowledgeable and made the process easy. The programming worked. The key was cut and I was off. The process was faster than I expected. This was a great experience.
