My iPhone battery failed and would not charge. To make this more difficult, I was in Bradenton FL for work and needed my phone to get to my customers. After visiting a Best Buy and a ufixit only to be told the battery was not in stock, I called Batteries Plus. Nathan answered the phone and they had the battery. He also stated that he could do it in about an hour. I arrived at the store and Nathan was waiting. He got right on it and had it done in 45 minutes.
