T-Mobile told me I needed a new phone because the charger port could not be repaired. I gave it a shot and went to batteries plus phone repair. The man took it to the back, and had it repaired in less then 3 minutes. He was so nice he did not want to charge me. Businesses like this will flurish and I recommend everyone to patronize.
Excellent service
I called to confirm the repair of Iphone microphone and when I brought it in, I was told they don't do that kind of repair. The kid at front desk had no idea what he was talking about and the repair guy came out for a second looked very stressed. Avoid this circus.
Great service! I took my iPad in with a problem with the charging port and the problem was resolved quickly. Michael and Carl were very professional and helpful. I definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs a reliable and quality repair!
