Jasmin & Zuleuka are wonderful employees at the BatteriesPlus store at (3308 Greenwald Way N. Kissimmee, FL 3474). Not only were they helpful knowledgeable and resolved my issue, but refreshing to know there is still people out there that give Great! customer service
Thought my fob battery was bad. Went to replace it, but he tested it first to let me know it was fine. I appreciate a business that doesn't do unnecessary work and will now use batteries plus going forward!
I was on vacation in Orlando and annoyingly dropped my phone on a Saturday night. The screen was not usable and has all my tickets to Disney and Plane tickets to go back. I called Batteries Plus first thing on Sunday and they had my screen in stock and booked me in straight away. 2 hours later my phone was pristine and better than before being a 2 year old phone so a new screen, literally de aged it. Daniel served me and was super polite and diligent. Thanks for sorting.
