The answer to a prayer! These guys know their batteries, will test them for free (and recycle them). I needed an odd battery type for my Chinese mobility scooter, and these guys were able to find something which works. Also changed my car key fob battery for $6, and knew exactly how expensive my cellphone batteries would be to replace (😱). They do troubleshooting & repairs on phones, computers, etc. Hope they stay in business. Excellent customer service.
It took a hour to remove the anti theft from my Samsung phone. That's because the Samsung rep was learning how to do it. But he never gave up and used all resources available and got the job done. He also ride a ebike and we all know ebikers are the best people!
After no help and misinformation from Best Buy and T-Mobile this store swiftly and efficiently replaced the skin on my Flip 6 phone, which is as good as new. 💜
