We took one of our Samsung phones in for a screen repair under insurance and not only was it replaced at no charge but the case was a bit bent and that was fixed so it all went back together good as new. Kyle helped us and repaired our phone. He was professional,courteous helpful and explained the entire process.Many thanks to Kyle and the whole staff we will use them again as well as batteries etc items.
Cheyanne was awesome! Had a tough adhesive job on my phone battery. I appreciate the work and time and the cost was way lower than I anticipated. Will use again!
Sergio was friendly fast and efficient. Repair was done within an hour. Check in was smooth just gave my name and he pulled up all the information need. I noticed the other 2 associates were fast and friendly while assisting other the customers around me and very knowledgeable
