I purchased Batteries plus brand 6pack of the button batteries 2032's on 7/16 for small votive candles that I only had on for 2hrs a night. Today is the 30th and only 1 battery is working. Brought them in to show staff they didn't even last 2 weeks and was told "Sorry, there is nothing we can do for you it's store policy." I paid $23.00 for these with tax for only 2 weeks of performance. I ended up finding the same batteries for $7 cheaper at Home Depot and they are Energizer brand. Cheyenne was amazing, lots of attention to detail and took the time to explain everything to us. I would definitely recommend them.

We took one of our Samsung phones in for a screen repair under insurance and not only was it replaced at no charge but the case was a bit bent and that was fixed so it all went back together good as new. Kyle helped us and repaired our phone. He was professional,courteous helpful and explained the entire process.Many thanks to Kyle and the whole staff we will use them again as well as batteries etc items.
