Sergio was friendly fast and efficient. Repair was done within an hour. Check in was smooth just gave my name and he pulled up all the information need. I noticed the other 2 associates were fast and friendly while assisting other the customers around me and very knowledgeable

I was helped my Cheyanne who was such a wonderful employee. I walked in with my phone that would not turn on and I thought was completely broken , however i left it over night to get a diagnosis and now it turns on . Such awesome customer service I will definitely be back.
Went to BatteriesPlus store 100 today. Had the BEST service. Employee Cheyanne and Saphire were exceptional. Very professional and kind. Such a breath of fresh air to have someone genuinely dedicated to customer service. They went above and beyond to insure my satisfaction. I will let T-Mobile to direct their customers to BatteriesPlus. These two employees love their job and it shows. Thank you so much!
Car batteries, key fob batteries, AA batteries, and everything else in between, I have been able to purchase here. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. Clean organized store and if you can’t find the battery you’re looking for they can help you.
