They did responed very quickly to my request. However I also believe they miss diagnosed my dryer and tried to push this back on me. This cost me $300 plus tips. If you live in an apartment community DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will not work with the management team to help resolve issues. This is how they get out of repairing your appliance. I wish I’d gotten his name so I could say; but the guy that fixed my screen was very honest and upfront with the outlook on whether or not the phone would work after he tried repairs. I appreciate that a lot and at any rate he did fix the phone and I’m very happy. Highly recommend.
